I had been wanting to do LInzer cookies in class for a while. But because they contain almond flour, that was a no go. I finally decided screw it, lets just make them without the almond flour. Check out the results below. This was also the day parents were visiting. Good Job ladies.
For this class, the challenge was for the students to design their own summer hats using flowers and butterflies. They also learned to make a felt calla lily. Check out final hats.
