Baking Wars and Cooking Wars

Step into the kitchen arena! Baking/Cooking Wars is a fast-paced, team-based cooking challenge where students whip up baked treats using secret ingredients and surprise themes. Each session ends at the Judges’ Table, where dishes are presented and taste-tested by guest judges. Sweet or savory, it’s all about creativity, teamwork, and delicious fun.


Mini Chefs

Mini Chefs is a hands-on cooking class for young food lovers eager to explore the world of food. Each week, students prepare a new dish inspired by classic favorites and global cuisines. Along the way, they practice essential kitchen skills—cutting, measuring, mixing—while learning about safety, teamwork, and sharing. Perfect for kids ready to cook with confidence.


Creator’s Lab / Craft Market

Creator’s Lab is where curious minds and creative hands come together. Students design and build projects using wood, fabric, paper, food, and more. From doll furniture, food art, bobblehead wooden robot, to whimsical fairy gardens, this class encourages exploration, imagination, and skill-building. A must for mini makers who love to create.


Baking Masterclass and Culinary Masterclass

Take cooking to the next level in Baking Masterclass and Culinary Masterclass! Students create stunning and whimsical dishes like dragon’s beard candy, swan profiteroles, edible chocolate pine cones, and food illusions. Along the way, they’ll learn cultural history and advanced techniques. This class is ideal for adventurous foodies who want to wow family and friends.


Kitchen Chemistry

Where science meets the kitchen! In Kitchen Chemistry, students use everyday ingredients to create both edible treats and bath & body products. From baking olive oil cakes to crafting custom lip balms, students explore the science behind their creations. It’s the perfect mix of experimentation, creativity, and hands-on discovery.


Global Street Food

Global Street Food takes students on a culinary journey around the world through dishes like samosas, dumplings, rolex, empanadas and fish ’n’ chips. Each recipe highlights unique local ingredients and flavors, showing how different cultures put their own spin on similar foods. Students who love to cook—or simply love to eat—will expand their knowledge of global cuisines while tasting and creating street food favorites from every corner of the globe.


AGD Crafts

Calling all crafters! AGD Crafts is a DIY program where students design accessories for their favorite 18” dolls. Projects may include doll chairs, scarves, and matching student-doll bracelets. Along the way, students practice crafting techniques and learn skills they can use in future projects. Perfect for makers who love style and creativity.


Cookies Galore

Cookies Galore is dedicated to everyone’s favorite treat. Students bake (and taste!) a wide variety of cookies—chewy, crunchy, delicate, and decadent. From bars to meringues, they’ll learn different methods for making irresistible cookies of all kinds. A sweet adventure for any aspiring baker.


Studio Apothecary

Studio Apothecary blends science, design, and creativity. Students create natural bath and body products such as scrubs, whipped body butters, lip balms, perfumes, and candles. They’ll learn how ingredients interact while designing products tailored to their preferences. A fun and practical class for anyone who loves making things by hand.


From Screen to Spoon

In From Screen to Spoon, students bring their favorite films to life by creating iconic foods inspired by movies like Harry Potter, K-Pop Demon Hunters, and Alice in Wonderland. From butterbeer and fizzing whizbees to hand pulled noodle ramen, kimbap, and the Queen of Hearts’ tarts, young chefs recreate cinematic treats while learning real kitchen skills. Each recipe is paired with a themed hands-on craft, blending cooking, creativity, and movie magic into one unforgettable experience.


Miniature Makes

Miniature Makes is a hands-on class for students who love to build, design, and create. In this program, makers take on one featured large-scale miniature project along with smaller companion builds, using materials like wood, wire, fabric, clay, paper, and cardboard. As they plan, construct, and decorate their creations, students develop problem-solving skills, explore design concepts, and bring imaginative small-scale worlds to life.


Reverse Engineering Recipe Lab

In Reverse Engineering Recipe Lab, students become culinary detectives as they break down favorite store-bought treats and recreate them from scratch. By analyzing flavor, texture, and structure, they’ll craft homemade versions of classics like Twix, Mallomars, Altoids, and Cheez-Its while learning the techniques that make each snack unique. This hands-on class blends baking skills, food science, and creativity as students discover what really goes into the snacks they love — and how to make them even better.


The Candy Bar Studio

In The Candy Bar Studio, students step into the world of confectionery as they learn to craft their favorite sweet treats from scratch. From silky caramels and colorful lollipops to crunchy honeycomb toffee, young makers explore the techniques and science behind classic candies. This hands-on class builds confidence in the kitchen while turning sugar, heat, and creativity into delicious edible creations.
