Step one: Cut out 12 pieces per pastry sheet
Step two: Spray mini muffins with nonstick cooking spray. Place each pastry piece inside each mini muffin cup.
Step three: Prick each pastry piece with a fork
Step four: Place a cube of brie in each pastry piece
Step five: Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each piece. Pinch the outer edges of each pastry over to form a nice crust edge. Optional: Add orange zest on top
Step six: Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown
