This afterschool program is geared towards students who love origami and want to keep developing their skills. Students can use whatever paper they have on hand to fold and pinch their projects to existence.
The only supplies you need are origami paper (or if you don’t have that you can use printer paper, wrapping paper, scrapbooking paper or any type of paper that is not too thick.
Construction paper could work too but may be challenging for the beginner origamist), markers and occasionally glue and a pair of scissors. Projects will include cute and whimsical origami creatures as well as origami toys and a few surprises along the way.
